Michael Aparicio is the Founder and CEO of Revby, a mission-driven consulting firm that works with economic development and entrepreneurial support organizations across the U.S. to build stronger, more sustainable businesses in their local communities. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, strategy, sales and marketing, and leadership across startups, community-based small businesses, multinational companies, and government agencies.

 

Prior to founding Revby, Michael served as a global sales director at Springer Nature, where he led international teams and worked with corporate and government clients around the world. His earlier career included being an early employee at the dot-com startup Ask Jeeves. 

 

He holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration, with a specialization in Executive Leadership and Organizational Development, from Boston College, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
