The Chamber offers comprehensive training and technical assistance programs designed to help businesses and organizations create inclusive workplaces for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Educational training programs are tailored for each business and focus on educating staff and leadership about building LGBTQ+ inclusive environments. Beyond the foundational introductory sessions, the Chamber can provide more nuanced material, including LGBTQ+ HR policies and procedures, organizational change for inclusive practices, and addressing burnout unique to LGBTQ+ employees.
