With a career built on precision, empathy, and organization, Kimberley Edwards has spent more than two decades making complex operations run seamlessly behind the scenes.  Kimberley is a leader with extensive experience in strategic partnership, governance and community engagement.  She brings a strong commitment to inclusive leadership and organizational impact, informed by her work across corporate and non-profit environments.  In recognition of her leadership and advocacy, Kimberley was named a 2025 LGBT Great Ally and Role Model and recognized as one of LGBT Great’s 2025 Women of Impact.  She is passionate about advancing equity, fostering strong partnerships, and supporting organizations in achieving sustainable, mission-driven growth.

Beyond her professional expertise, Kimberley is passionate about workplace inclusion and community engagement.  She serves as Global Co-chair of the BBH BANC Pride Network, a Board Member and Secretary for the Imperial Court of Massachusetts, and a Board Member of the MA LGBT Chamber of Commerce.   A graduate of Johnson & Wales University and Northeastern University, she brings both structure and heart to everything she does.
