Julie McGown is an HR Business Partner joining the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce as a consultant from OneDigital. Julie started her career in social services, working as an In-Home Therapist for children and families in Central MA. Prior to starting at OneDigital she gained experience as an internal HR Manager in the agricultural, retail, and social service industries. She specializes in employee engagement, conflict management, and leave of absence management, but has experience taking on the full scope of the HR practice. Julie believes that people are any company’s most important asset, and she enjoys working with managers to build engaging and productive workplaces!
